Reminders

Charlie gets funny SMS texts every hour when trays are out — waking hours only (weekdays 8am–10pm, weekends 11am–10pm ET). Light jokes about trays/smile; no medical advice.

Google Voice SMS (no Twilio)

Invisalign Check does not send SMS itself. On the operator computer, poll GET /api/reminders/due during send windows and relay via Google Voice to Charlie at 516-721-9044 and Seth at 917-584-4906. The phone app does not need this endpoint.
